As a mother, I have a deep understanding of wanting to hold on to every detail. To always remember your children as they are right now. To remember the in-between moments, the way their little fingers wrap around yours, or the way they scrunch their nose up when they laugh.
To me, a photograph is so much more than a pretty picture. It's a preservation of your memories, so that you will always be able to look back.
When you first get in touch with me, we will work out the details of your session, including location, date and time. From there, I will email you across your contract and deposit invoice to secure your date. I'll then send you my session guide, location guide and client wardrobe guide, as well as request for you to complete a questionnaire, to help me get to know you a little better.
I know that you feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, I do too! That's exactly why sessions with me are relaxed and slow. I give you time and space to ease into the session. I will gently direct and pose you whilst I quietly capture your story. If we are on location, we generally go for a stroll and stop at around 3 different spots within that location. If we are in your home, then we will shoot predominantly wherever the natural light is best. This is typically the master bedroom and living room.
In the fortnight following your session, you will receive an email with a link to your private online 'Selection Gallery' where all of your images can be viewed. These images will have had a 'soft edit' and further detail editing will be completed on your favourite images. No later than 2 weeks after you have made your selection, you will receive your final gallery with your completed images to keep forever. Print your photos directly within your online gallery print store, so you can display them in your home to adore every day.
